George Iddings Sr.

Founder

As superintendent of The Buttes Resort in Tempe, AZ George Iddings Sr. was able to gain knowledge in both desert planting design and maintenance. George started doing side jobs and worked hard to expand his knowledge of landscape design, irrigation systems and maintenance. In 1992, George decided to dedicate his passion for both his family and landscape design to his own company. He had a dream of working with his sons and chose to name his company Iddings & Sons Landscaping. He has since handed his passion for landscape design, exceptional customer service, and being honest in all business dealings to his sons. George Sr. currently assists in the more complicated design platforms as well as company consultation.

George Iddings Jr.

Landscape Designer & Sales

George started at a young age helping his dad on projects as well as managing the maintenance division for a number of years. George was able to learn the ins and outs of the company and currently enjoys working with his design team and providing estimates for projects. He has a passion for designing lasting environments that enrich his client’s lives.

Mike Iddings

Project Manager

Mike started his landscape career at a young age constructing projects. Since then he has completely assumed responsibility of construction management. Mike has always had a passion for building and construction and was able to expand our construction knowledge to take on larger projects. He has successfully executed hundreds of projects for customers with stunning results. He always takes important factors into account when starting construction such as drainage, grading, layout and access. Mike’s hands-on approach keeps clients informed and gives them a personalized experience during the creation of their landscape.

Joe Iddings

Maintenance Manager

Joe also has early beginnings working in the family business. Joe has always worked hard and is currently serving as our lead maintenance manager. He has an extensive knowledge of irrigation and lighting systems as well as maintenance and tree care. He enjoys managing the crews efficiently and making sure our client’s properties are upkept to highest standards. Joe proudly runs our maintenance division on 3 main principles. Consistency, Attention to Detail, and Communication and Followup.
